Am I the jerk?

Shorty had planned a surprise valentine weekend for us but tried to keep it under wraps. I'm not a surprise type of person. No one has ever surprised me with anything. I'm usually the one doing all the thoughtful stuff. So anyways the weather kept saying it was gonna blizzard and the snow was gonna come down. she kept pressing the issue about going to Philly (where the weekend was to be held) and im think she just wanna gamble for a few hours and book. I said naw let's stay local since it's gonna snow. She didn't even hint to me she had stuff planned and wasted $161 bucks on the resveration. But in hindsight it was good we didn't go because her grandma who she stays with was left alone by her sister who just moved out without telling anyone. If we had went her grandma would be in the house all alone for 2 days, no food no medicine. I feel bad for her wasting the money and im surprised she even thought of me like that. I wonder how can I make it up or her?

My Blasian chick has a female friend:
The friend has a boyfriend in the military overseas. He just bought the girl and him a trip to Jamaica on Valentines Day.

The kicker is, the girl has been cheating on him with two different dudes here in the states. Even had the nerve to get mad that one of the dudes shes cheating with decided to spend V-day with someone else

I had to tell my Blasian that shyt is completely fukked up. Plus the way she told the story was on some "Well shes got a man in the military but she also has some guys that she fukks here while hes gone."

I told her if thats the company you keep and you havent told her thats fukked up then me and you definitely wont work. She was on some "Thats not me. Thats on her."

Either way, the fact that women are out here disrespecting and cheating on dudes that put their life on the line and act like its no problem to be a hoe while hes gone makes me sick.

remaining friends with someone you saw naked, or had strong feelngs for is nearly impossible. Unless its like Years down the line and by then you wouldn't even care to talk.

plus any future relationship you have, no sane female wants a dude being friends with an ex.
