How do y'all keep a roster of females?

I have 2 with another who's a possible and I just don't have time to keep em all happy, with school, work, gym, and time to myself

If you're going to have a roster then the key is to be prepared to lose one or all of them at any time. These situations are usually only temporary anyway so don't commit yourself to anything. You should focus on making yourself happy and putting yourself first at all times. You don't make sacrifices for a chick unless you're exclusive (and even then you should still put yourself first the majority of the time). A girl would rather share a high value guy than be exclusive with a low value one.

The Red Pill refers to it as spinning plates and but it isn't for everyone. Personally I've never done it and I'm not sure if I'm built for it, so I usually just deal with one girl at a time.
