Leave that woman alone period. A woman that is reckless enough to invite you over a house she shares with her ex shows she thinks very little about her actions and it shows the level of disrespect she has for men she deals with period. It's disrespectful to you because she could put your life on the line with her actions and it's disrespectful to her ex because they had a history together and I highly doubt he's going to be cool with some other guy with his previous woman in a house that he shares with her.
