here's a personal tale about never following ya lady. no snakes or curses from god. lol
a friends cousin of mine, always had self esteem issues growing up. when he was around 20 or so, he had been with his girl for about two years. she was his first everything. girls never gave him any play in high school. he met her, fell in love, lost his virginity to her and they moved into an apartment together.
after awhile, he started realizing he was making a huge mistake by getting serious with her too soon and so young. she wanted a wedding ring and but my guy was seeing how he was missing out on life by being tied down so young.
he finally started putting in apps to universities and got accepted by a good school. going away to college was his dream and i was happy for dude because he was finally about to leave our city and break out of his shell. self esteem issues from growing up with no daddy plagued this nikka hard but i knew going away to school would give him a clean slate. dude was geeked!
when i saw him weeks later he told me he wasnt going away to school anymore. fam told me his girl gave him an ultimatum: "if you go away to school, im breaking up with you"
two weeks later they were engaged. and that nikka was not happy about it. no bullshyt
today that nikka is in his thirties, married to her, 4 kids deep, no college degree, overweight, working a dead end job with no goals in sight. some people want you to stay exactly who you are because if you push forward, you might outgrow them. his lady smelled blood and preyed on that nikkas insecurities.
hell never leave his wife due to his religion forbidding divorce...even though he hasnt been in love with her since they got engaged.

I don't think that's crazy talk it sounds more like generic corny relationship talk. Women move on faster than men statistically so chances are she's just exaggerating to make your guy's love for each other seem bigger than it actually is.
In a relationship there's always one person who loves more than the other, woman like to play that role so she's just trying to one-up her love for you.

The more I talk to women the more I do not like them. I tolerate them but I do not like them. Look! We have a page 3159 of how to deal with women. Women don't have these long ass pages. Maybe like 24 for them. and it's about a guy that doesn't like them or a guy that they are with that they are trying to change so they can monkey branch to another dude. I truly see women as scum. I don't see what so great about them.

While this is a pretty jaded view I feel it to some point. Main reason its a good idea to try to be indifferent in dealing with them because their existence is usually pretty nebulous with nonpurpose so shy get so hung up over them.
