My uncle is 48 and has been in a 14 year marriage which ended over 8 years ago. He talked about how he isn't trying to change for someone and how you have to know your value.
I think he's always had a strong frame. A very masculine guy, but soft spoken. He's 6'3'' maybe 240 lbs. He holds his weight well but obviously could keep in shape. Spits tobacco since he was a teenager lol so his teeth ain't the best.
Still dude makes women feel comfortable around him and makes you feel good. He just lets them know from the jump what he's about and is completely honest. He said if you have a set of core principles that you don't bend for anyone, women will respect you for it.
Nothing he said was in particular but when you're around him you can tell that he is comfortable in who he is, isn't outcome dependent, and accepts all the good things about him and the flaws.
