Wait until Thurs and the offices are flooded with flowers. Restaurants will be packed this weekeend. Like I tell cats, Valentines Day to women is like their Super Bowl. Everything is catered to them on that day.

True. Unfortunately, women get multiple "Super Bowls" per year (Valentine's, Mother's Day, Christmas, Birthday). For men, outside of "Birthday"...ain't no such thing as a "Super Bowl" day for men. Father's Day doesn't get the same buzz as Mother's Day. You got plenty fathers out here (who are raising their children) that really don't get shyt for Father's Day outside of some suit/socks/cologne combination. If you're a young father, I can pretty much assume that you've got "Axe" at one time or another. Remember, fathers are not as important in the eyes of "modern society".

At the rate that relations between both genders are going, "Father's Day" will become another "Super Bowl" for women (namely single mothers/divorcees/widows). They even got cards out now for single mothers to get more shine on.

To be honest with you, I'm glad for those women that skated on me in my past days when I was coming weak with that simp trash. All of it caused me to really sit back and reanalyze myself and make the necessary adjustments to become a much stronger and savvy man. Sitting around 'waiting up' on a woman and 'being there' for her and being available all the time... letting her lead and call the shots... sharing my emotions... all of that is corny man. Doing my own thing, taking control, being strong and keeping all them emotions and feelings to myself and handling it myself... I can look back on myself with much more pride than in those days I pulled those corny simp moves.

You seem to have a solid head on your shoulders when it comes to dealing with men besides that whole light skinned men are soft notion you got going on.

What women got to understand is that if you go hard for your man and he's a decent man, he will go hard for you. Women that cook for their men, be submissive to a decent man, ain't tripping about cleaning, know how to bring up any problems without yelling and screaming, etc., never go without men for long and never have problems keeping men. They will also find that their man will similarly go hard and make sure they are taken care of in the ways a man keeps a woman satisfied... as long as they don't have one of those half-baked leech players they are dealing with.

You thought it was cheesy to do something special for your man, huh? That type of thinking is a factor in why chivalry and romance is dead and will never come back. Hell, a paid trip to Paris with your lady isn't cheesy...it's money saved for him, sex/fun all day with you with no distractions and a memory that most of his boys will never get.

Thank you. I agree with everything you said. I was raised to take care of/respect my man. He takes care of the bills and I take care of him..Simple logic but some women these days always have their hand out yet give nothing in return. I can't do that him..Not after all that he has done for US as a couple.
