i realized the value i possessed. i took a hard look at myself and said im a cool ass interesting dude and i have a lot to offer...i come from a good family, have great friends, im intelligent, mad creative, im loyal, handsome, compassionate, funny, ive traveled the world, etc. ive done a bunch of illmatic shyt and have a lot to bring to the table and would be an asset to anyone i interact with.
and the things im lacking on...im in the process of upgrading them. so its only a matter of time before i become even more THOROUGH.

so i said to myself, men of a certain echelon know who they are, what they want and exactly what they dont want. the dont even entertain women who exhibit any kind of wack, lame ass behavior--even in the slightest. they dont deal with bs. they have too much self respect and know their worth.
i also said to myself, im behaving in a way where women dont see me as "that nikka" and im not (subtly) conveying it to them (and even myself) that i am.
so i began to do just that. i wasnt arrogant or braggadocios. that inner worth just was expressed outwardly...through confidence, assertiveness, decisiveness, boldness and a crisp ass mouthpiece. i walked with a certain demeanor about myself afterwards.
after that...certain behavior was now unacceptable. if she was disrespectful...shes up outta there. flaking on dates? outta there. taking a day to respond to texts? outta there.
and if the chick isnt thorough enough to see shes dealing with an authentic dude, then im not sticking around to try to convince her that i am
i bet 70% of the dudes on this board have some type of skill or trait or accomplishment they should be insanely proud of...they just dont know their worth. and the others who dont...they should be on the path to acquiring some type of value. but just not for some bytch...but to enrich their own lives.
