Swole is relative to your body type. I’m in the military as well. Eat clean and lift heavy. Maintain your cardio and you’ll be golden. Muscle eats fat so you may not lose any weight but you’ll look completely different.

She could just be unsure of how much you’re really feeling her so she’s giving it time before she puts herself out there. These chicks have egos that are on par, if not larger than ours. I think early on women will kind of fall back but if she’s interested, she’ll respond with intent. After a while she’ll start initiating contact. She may not want to see too “thirsty” or whatever. You know how women be.
