So my (ex) that I ended it with last week. Ran into her at work and could tell she was really down. She had refused to speak to me in person cause she gets emotional so I took the opportunity to finally have a sit down with her on her lunch break. She actually apologized and wished I had gave her a chance to change. We talked a bit and she was about to cry so I told her we'll talk later outside work if she wanted. She did. I gave her another chance so we're back together and I can see she is trying to change. Hopefully she'll keep it up.

So I hope this ain't one of them nor do I know the whole story
Having said that male or female will change if they choose too u can tell them all u want but it is a choice and if u keep saying and they dont they choose not too

No, but if you continue to be in that relationship with with the same trust issues then there's no need to be together. Hopefully you have a valid reason for saying that though. You dumped her. A lot of times it's the other way round the woman dumps the man after already losing most feelings for him. Plus she already has replacements lined up. In those cases it's the guy sending those desperate texts. Begging for another chance. As he is blindsided.

You dumping her out of the blue means she therefore is still ripe emotionally for you.
