You probably already know that a woman has her phone on her at all times.

She chooses who and what she replies to quickly so unless, she's working or at the gym, situations where I wouldn't expect a reply right away. But the same day for sure.

Do y’all ever meet an attractive funny chick? It just occurred to me that rarely know any funny women, most I know take themselves to serious to be funny.

This includes people with jobs, at school, etc. So unless she's the fukking president there's no way she's that busy. You have an entire 24 hrs to send a simple text back. If she can't do this, then move on. Yes she's seen your text, and yes she's not replying on purpose.
