I feel relaxed and calm, told her she looked familiar. Conversation was very brief and asked her to hang out. She said she had a bf. Cool. Said goodbye and kept it moving.

Not much options to approach but it was a better day today. Feel i need to extend on my conversations with the approach.

- I'm currently doing a 30 day click funnel challenge and im learning marketing and copywriting skills that i aim to put to use for my business.
- I've started a 20min x 2 ab workout challenge everyday until it becomes a habit
- I've also joined a whatsapp group and we're currently doing a 30 min creative writing challenge everyday for the month
- I've set this challenge for myself because i need to kill the fear i have of cold approaching women as well as fearing rejection. If you think it's about getting women it definitely isn't.

Dog you gotta change energy beginning with your daily minimums and just start talking to people period. Try making it a small daily goal of complimenting/shouting out something you like. Doesn't matter as long as its genuine. Don't matter if its male or female. Work your way up to introducing yourself on top of that and exchange names when meeting people will start to be second natural. Work your way up to connecting with a new person a week. Once this becomes second nature having casual conversation won't be what I think is your problem. Doing this will inevitably involve women you find attractive and think the same of you. Hopefully you won't be dumb enough to blow the opportunity to escalate if she choosing correct .

Man these women are funny....Long story short, I had a coworker who wanted to hang out, one thing led to another and we slept together. We were forming the way to a relationship, but then she decided to give her ex of 10 plus years who she was broken up with another chance. I accepted it and moved on. She moved away with him and all. She waited for a minute, then got out and looked over at me before she went in.

Idk what any of that means, but I noticed she don't really talk to anybody else from my department.

I'm just gunna keep doing the small talk if we just so happen to be around each other and not be too aggressive.

- Saw this tall mixed chick across the street in running gear with her dog. Locked eyes and she didn't look away. Moving towards her i was thinking of what i could say to her. Didn't have nothing and psyched myself out . Turned to the next road towards work and only then i knew what i could have said.

- Girl next door looking black girl i noticed while walking out grocery store. Cute. I slowed down my walk and waited for her to catch up. Thought she had locs so was gonna lead with that but she had braids. Stopped her, said hello, thought she was cute and asked if she had a bf. She did... Cool, have a good day and bounced.

- White girl approaching, stop her, lead with the same line, she said she had a bf. Cool, bounce

- Buying a cable from phone stand, noticed this thick black girl waiting for the bus. Sexy af. As the indian shopkeeper goes to get my money i approach. Told her she looked familiar, she agreed. Brief hows things and what you doing, you working. Asked if she had a man then asked for her number which she gave to me. I feel my conversations need to improve. doesn't flow well, apart from the girl i got the number from.. I will learn with practice. Also need to continue to get into the mindset of 'just do' and not think about what im gonna do. I get the most anxiety on my first approach but getting it out the way, i feel more relaxed
