B. Your actions are a mix of strength and weakness which she is reacting to.

Either way, the way to look at it is, anything other than a clear yes through her actions is a no and move accordingly. Women are masters at talking their way in and out of stuff. They will apologize, they will say i would love too blabla with you but... I can't because blablabla but we definitely need to do it soon... Etc. Shift your focus from her mouth to her feet. Is she walking towards you or away from you? regardless of what her mouth is saying. I've said it before but always apply the Drake test. Would she cancel for the same reason if it was Drake? Would she give him the run around. Would she be giving him mixed signals? Then act accordingly. Get back to doing things for you. Get back to living in the present moment.
