You just got the promotion dont fukk up the bag.
However she might genuinely just be a friendly persion, I feel like every office has that woman thats always bringing in snacks and food to share.
Keep it professional dont blur the boss and employee line for the sake of some kitty, it can backfire terribly for both your worklife and personal life.
