You've already lost if your reason for doing anything is to get a woman to like you.
Stop being nice because you refuse to let people take advantage of you, not because you think it will impress women.
Change because its bringing you closer to your goal. And if your goal is to do whatever it takes to get women even if you have to sacrifice your self respect and change your identity, then there's nothing I can do to help you.

I concur somewhat. Personally, I can identify with Medio to an extent in regards to him having to alter his personality. Also, I do not think he is considering doing this necessarily for the approval of females. I believe he just want to ensure that females do not try to come at him sideways with disrespect. In regards to me, I have been a generally respectful dude for most of my life not just towards women, but towards men as well. But with women, they have always seemed to try to take my respectful nature as weakness and felt that it was the gateway for them to disrespect me, but I would shut that down quickly.
Because of these bad experiences, I feel that being extremely disrespectful towards women, as in treating them like shyt, is the only way to prevent the possibility of them coming at me with disrespect, which is unfortunate. So again, I understand where he is coming from.

Does anyone else feel in a way that they'll always be my themselves (as in never being married and all that), simply bc must females don't "get" them?
The fact that females don't "get" you is what makes you attractive to them. The funny thing about my interactions with women is that the less I've been enamored by them, the more I've taken them off a pedestal and even began to view the majority of them as beneath me, the more successful I've been. The last couple of years has seen me evolve from a guy who didn't want to hurt women's feelings, who simply wanted to connect with them TO the guy who couldn't give a fukk. You know what? The less I take them seriously as people the more they love me for it. I'm borderline sexist, unashamedly male, and I sh*t on their feelings for fun. THEY LOVE ME FOR IT
Stop trying to connect with them on an emotional level until they have proven they're worth it, always remember that women are the gatekeepers of sex and we are the gatekeepers of commitment. You're a man, you want to fukk women and that is nothign to be ashamed of. You have to prove to her that you're worthy of having sex with her, she has to prove to you that she is worthy of any kind of "CONNECTION"
The more you learn about dealing with women, the less you really start caring and the less it becomes a 'routine' to come off as the cool guy who doesn't care. You see all the work that you put in, how sparse the rewards are and how the rewards can disappear without any sort of notice at the drop of a hat and you just really stop caring... and due to that, you do become more attractive to women.
As a man, women should be a small part of your life. So many of these players spend all this time chasing all these women and they end up with nothing but memories that don't do anything for them. Spend your time learning something interesting, stacking your money, and when a solid woman comes along and is down, give her an opportunity. Your life should be well developed before a woman even steps foot into your world. The guy that really gets done bad is the one that makes women a centerpiece.
Another aspect we need to look at though, is we have to reward what we demand. A lot of guys spend a lot of time chasing after hoes and encouraging whoredom and then they wonder where the decent girls went. If you're engaging in actions that encourage women to turn into whores and only focusing on whores, don't be surprised that there are nothing but whores when you're ready to 'settle down.' You can't pee in the drinking well and be surprised when the water tastes funny. We also have to give women a blueprint of what a solid woman is. Many have no idea simply because they've never been told and what they see on television is example after example of trashy women.

Breh, how old are you and have you gotten your heart broken? It normally takes getting fukked over a few times in your life to figure it all out.
If you're a genuine nice guy, then have something to back it up. Work out, take care of yourself, look good, and be desirable. But most importantly, BE HONEST! Keep it real with yourself and whomever you're dealing with.
In life, making adaptations is always necessary based upon the context of the situation. The danger is completely deviating or discarding your principles and character in order to procure a situation of minor benefit. One such example is donning a new completely new personality because you feel 'that's what the women want.' You don't want to metamorph into some wannabe bad-boy because that's what some broads like. What you DO do is alter how you apply your positive characteristics in order not to be taken advantage of.
For example, you might have been a guy who was quick to take women out to dinner because of your generous nature, but it's well known that a lot of women abuse that generosity for their selfish benefit. Now instead of completely discarding your generous nature, you will change how you approach that situation. Instead of taking out a woman you just met to dinner, you will save that generosity for a woman who actually deserves it and has showed you that she likes you without regard to your material status. In other words, you will qualify her first, but after she has qualified, then you will show her generosity given she can appreciate it.
Jesus said in the Bible, Do not toss your pearls to swine, lest they trample them underfoot. In other words, do not give your precious gifts to those who are unable to appreciate them. Generosity is a gift. If a woman is unable to appreciate my generosity, she will no longer be able to participate in it... Do not cast aside your positive characteristics because 'that gets the hoes.' Just alter the level of that particular characteristic that you show to the woman you are dealing with to see if she can appreciate what you are doing or not.
