It's so annoying man, I talk to my younger male cousin's about having actual hobbies and interest because the women will always be there, no one told me that. I was raised to be a dog.

They literally do the opposite of the United States. Go to bed early, wake up early, go for a walk/exercise in the morning, eat a bit of everything, never fill your belly, make time to interact with people, whatever your work is be dedicated to it, etc.

Contrast that to what most people do here:
Here people stay up late and don't sleep, wake up late, don't exercise, eat past fullness, don't eat a varied diet, don't give a fukk bout their jobs, avoid interacting with people
