Gotta look long and hard it took me almost 40 years. The thing is that many women today don't want to give up what they have. Entering into a serious relationship with a man with a backbone = give up guy friends, give up them girls trips, give up that solo travel, give up that dating profile, cant be posting dem tik tok videos and getting the clicks and likes you used to, no more contact with exes, no more multi dating etc., no more monthly deposits from Abisola, and Olamide.

FOr many its not till they are old and the attention evaporates that now they are lonely at night and blah blah want something real.

You don't have to go complete scorched earth, but yes you will have to adapt...... instead of holding out for the ultimate "happily ever after" scenario you'll have to learn to embrace the ebbs and flows. Enjoy the fun times and learn to heal from the ugly times without too much emotional strain. Cause envisioning things for the long term in this climate is a fool's game.

You don't have to go complete scorched earth, but yes you will have to adapt...... instead of holding out for the ultimate "happily ever after" scenario you'll have to learn to embrace the ebbs and flows. Enjoy the fun times and learn to heal from the ugly times without too much emotional strain. Cause envisioning things for the long term in this climate is a fool's game.

Yup just live life. 2.5 years ago I was single on dating apps, going on random dates and just rinse and repeat. 2.5 years later I'm married and a Father. You never know never expected it. It just happaned.
