Yeah the apps are even more terrible than usual.
Its like arriving at a clothes store sale after 6pm. The amazing deals promised on the adverts aren't real. All the actual good stuff was snapped up immediately. You may find a bargain but it has one or two issues which is why nobody brought it. And a whole bunch of unsuitable stuff you'd never be caught dead wearing not even indoors.

Yeah, I’ve seen a couple of guys i know in my building & hardly see them with women and now I see them cuffed up, but they don’t look excited or happy about it.
Yeah, from my end up, seeing a lot more single moms, all ethnic backgrounds, overweight women & unattractive septum piercing women and if I see something on there, that’s BAD, I’m looking at it a little skeptical. Not sending any roses. Hinge think’s it’s slick with the “take another look” feature & bringing back old profiles in your card stack.
I had a woman match me a few days ago, and I liked her in early October. I’m like hell no lol, unmatched quick.
Like Apollo said I’ll send out a couple likes here in there but they gotta put in the legwork especially because we know that they are resource hunting.

Yeah, I could see that too lol. I'm going on twenty years into my marriage and at some point I realized that I had to stop being so rigid minded and started meeting my wife more halfway and our already solid union improved exponentially once I've begun doing so. She said my old ways were fun and exciting at first, but after many years of it, she began feeling diminished by it. We also have a daughter together so I realized that being hotheaded and domnieering at times is not the example of what type of man I would want her ending up with. I'm still capable, masculine and enough of a knucklehead that I annoy and aggravate my wife on the daily, but I'm also now creating a space for her to express her femininity in a safer environment when she needs to do so these days and we're a much better couple for it imo.
Haven't been to therapy in well over a decade. Thanks though.
