Seriously need some advice brehs. So I haven't had a prospect since Feb/March but this 44 y/o mexican chick i work with has recently told me she likes me and flirts with me almost everyday(We've worked together for 3 yrs). Her body is aight but her ass is

for a 44 y/o woman. I've only messed with one chick i worked with (19 y/o) but all we did was go out and eat then she quit a couple months after and i lost contact. She's blunt as hell though, another coworker was asking me if I like this chick who comes by the job often. Before I said anything she says "No novia Brandeezy. Only me, ok"? Then every time she sees me on my phone she always says "That better not be your Sancha (The other woman)". What makes it clear as day is that she always calls me by her last name, doesn't matter if the boss or other co workers are around or not so i'm not really worried about shytting where i eat because almost everyone knows about it so

Problem is that after work, that's the end of our convo, I don't have her number, Facebook, etc. plus I'm a shy dude (have mild Social Anxiety) so I'm really nervous to ask even though all the signs are there, but for some reason I have feelings for this woman. Don't get me wrong there have been some bad females to come through my job throughout the years but she's always on my mind and I never thought i would develop feelings for a woman 20+ yrs older than me, much less 10 but I have brehs 
. Other thing is that she has two kids (22 & 19). I've met the daughter who has 2 kids of her own already (I know 
) but not the son which i think lives with either the dad or in Mexico idk. What makes things weird is that she flirts with me around her daughter, i'm looking like

She doesn't seem annoying but you might be right. I don't mind the attention because i've been just focusing on work and not women for these last couple months, so it would seem like the last name thing would bother me but it doesn't.
I've worked with a chick i went out with once, it wasn't really bad because we worked two different shifts and with this one we work in different departments and by the time i get to work she's leaving 3 or 4 hrs later, sometimes i don't even get to see her unless i make an effort.
when/of she gets accustomed to you, she will make the effort.. And her kind of effort might be too much for you...
Sometimes things work out too well....

Mainly because i'm not good with women or should I say attracting them, hell my 1st ever date was last year and that was the girl i mentioned in my previous post. Idk, it just seems easier to mess with her then to try to find someone to develop feelings for. Especially since she's throwing it in my face everyday.

I meant that there's no chicks i want to go after at the moment. I mean if another girl showed interest then i'll take the bait without a doubt, i was never gonna fukk with her and only her (I'm not that stupid
). I did go out with that other 19 y/o chick while the cougar knew about it. She wasn't mad or anything but I think the girl i went on the date with knew what the deal was between me and the cougar even though she never spoke about it. I know that was part of the reason she quit months after we went out. bytch even changed her schedule like it was gonna effect me 
i was more annoyed by the fact that she would text me after work non-stop while she's working then just stopped out of nowhere one day.Lately, I do have this one crazy customer stalking me. She always comes in, bugging me to take her to lunch
bytch is like 30 something, a nutcase and isn't attractive at all, even though she's a little thick . One of my coworkers told me if that if she comes in again, the Cougar chick is gonna beat her ass
