Different floors, different departments, I'd go ahead and break the ice to continue doing further research, I.e- making sure she isn't married or involved already.
She kinda hesitated once I said I had a kid. She mentioned she definitely wants to get married in the future while I think people should be at least 30 before even thinking that stuff.

Brehs I need help...how do ya'll deal with going out solo. I'm at a point right now where most of my boys are married or about to be married. Some have kids and can't get out the house, so going out with my niccas is a rare occasion.
I've been trying to go out solo, but it's like I'm aimless when i go out...when I used to go out with my boys we were like a pack of wolves. Now I'm lone wolfing it and it's just weird
Don't get me wrong I do manage to have some good nights every now and then, but its tough trying to take down hard targets solo. I need my goose brehs

If I knew what I knew now, I would have been a lot more serious about finding a wifey in college
I feel in my city that its a culture shock to alot of chicks that not all nikkas are the same here they don't really know how to react to the shyt.

There's many reasons people move and relocate, feeling you no longer connect with where you live might be one of them.
If moving is not possible then actively seek out women that could share your sensibilities, whatever that might be.
Why limit yourself to one specific ethnicity either?
I haven't and i just don't really feel all that comfortable around white girls yet either
