Definitely, I won't act like I'm sprinting up them but I keep a good pace. I was sprinting hills for my other workouts but that was over the course of doing different exercises and not during a run.
Try to get a little distance running up and build from there. No shame in that at all.
Threw up 365x4 on bb bench

Thinking about trying that 405 1RM

how is your deadlift anywhere near your bench numbers?
i'd think u would/could be doing high 400's to low 500s for reps w/ that kinda bench....
guess you just prioritize benching a lot...
