Looking through some old pics :wow: @ my progress. Dudes have said it on here all the time it's not about the destination, it's the journey and this summer is the most aesthetic/heavy I've ever been. :to:


Currently 167 going to take some pics tomorrow while I'm still this lean then it's time to :eat: and switch routines.

Just got back from the gym. As i was driving i notice a few MMA gyms. Thinking about taking up BJJ again. What do y'all think?

Finally caved in. Just scheduled shoulder arthroscopy for September. :wow: This dull ache hasn't gone anywhere in forever. Doc was doin stability tests, had my shyt soundin like rice crispy treats :damn::deadrose:

:mindblown: I still can't figure out why you can't "Krack" 170. If you ever hit 175+ you'll love it....

idk breh it's usually easy for me to coast. Even when I gain "fat" I can usually cut it anywhere between 3days to a week and a half.

I'm sure you can afford to look :flabbynsick: @ 11% for a least a week.....

I fukked my mid-back doing squats with a box to make sure I'm going low enough. On the last rep on one of my sets I was stuck on the box and took a couple of seconds to get it up. This was at 275lbs. :wow:

i thought coming back from my vaca on monday that it would affect me during cardio and boxing yesterday...but i needed that little bit of relaxation i guess...my body responded well and then some...no type of struggle and i was beasting throughout my workout with minimal breaks...good stuff
