I swapped out Leg Ext's for Lunges:whew:

My back is super tight today and I foam rolled, iced, and stretched after as a precautionary measures:skip:

Getting used to this leg volume is definitely going to be the biggest challenge:lupe:
How do you safely use a foam roller on your back?

Let me know..I usually always wear a worn out pair of sneakers. Right now just an old pair of Adidas High Top Tens from a cpl years back.

Always wondered if weighlifting shoes make a difference

Generally speaking, flat shoes like chucks, wrestling shoes or those crossfit TR shoes are better for deadlifting than oly shoes. If you pull conventional going barefoot is GOAT.
Thanks breh. I've got some flat shoes so I'll probably use that for my deadlifts.

depth check on 315, getting more comfortable for sure, smoother explosion from hole.
