I worked on chest and bicep yesterday. I did a one mile run to warm up, but I pushed myself to do it at a 7 MPH pace, and then I ran the last 0.1 mile hard so I completed it in 8 min. 14 seconds. That might be slow for some of you, but it was hard for me.
The run seemed to have wore me out because I felt weak for the rest of my workout.

I had a leg workout last week where in my last set of squats, I was doing 225 lbs. for 5 reps.
Now, the thing is that these two white dudes were waiting for the squat rack after me. One guy asked how many sets I had left. I told him two.
On my second to the last set, I let out a fart in the fourth rep. Couldn't hold it.
On my last set, I let out a fart in the third rep, but at the top of the squat, my booty hole muscles seemed to be wore out because I was involuntarily letting out a stream of gas. Didn't have the energy to close it up. :russ: I waited for the multiple farts to stop before I started my fourth rep. Also farted on that rep. No more farts. It was kind of audible. One of the dudes had a look of disgust on his face. :russ:
It didn't smell powerful so that's a plus.

Na my G. Soy Lechitin or whatever the hell it is in damn near every whey protein. Maybe I'm just overly cautious.

Soy lecethin is one of the most popular food additives on earth. It is used in protein powders to make them water soluble. Without an emulsifier such as Soy Lecethi, your protein powder would turn into a clumpy mess that doesnt dissolve properly.

This product is designated GRAS by the FDA and the only studies that have shown negative effects are heavily flawed

The amount of Soy Lecithin you will add to your diet through protein powders is inconsequetially small

I hurt my knee in the gym yesterday, not sure what CL it is (right knee, right under the kneecap, left side). Does anyone know the best exercises to try to get this to heal? Dont want to miss too much gym time

Take it easy imo. Your knee is one of the those things you gotta be extra careful with. Just give it some time off so it gets back to 100%, you don't want it to be a nagging injury that comes back.

Plus you can still work your upper body & your posterior chain without using your knee.

Yea like dude said be careful

Also if you don't use sleeves give them a try and figure out which exercise is killing your knees. I used to have knee issues when I wasn't squatting to depth or using sleeves. I've been pretty much good since I fixed all that

I've been including high-rep (PHAT) into my routine for too long I think. Time to switch shyt up.

Fewer exercises and fewer reps for 8 weeks.
