This cutting shyt is like an emotional stock market roller coaster brehs. One week u are losing 2lbs in 2 days, next week u are up in weight following the protocol. No worries though, gotta #trusttheprocess through the good AND the bad. Plotted a graph of my weigh ins from the start and the trendline is down down baby. Like a quarter lb a day.

Hit a personal milestone today: jogged 40 minutes straight at 6MPH :blessed:

Used to get some slight pain in different areas (knees, shins, feet, lower back) at times when I was running intervals at higher speeds for shorter durations but there was none of that today. Think I may have found a perfect pace for me as I wasn't feeling completely gassed either. Will instead experiment with increasing the incline and distance to keep it challenging.

My cut's hit the bushes for a minute, but I'm back at it now better than ever hitting the gym 5-6 times a week alternating between strength/cardio days. These 32 pounds gone come off so I can hit my target of 200 :birdman:

I've been neglecting conventional after my back issues. If I keep it at 5x5 and a little slower movement I should be able to do them won't per week. 320 pulls felt good.

Romanian deads taught me how to pull the slack out of the bar and use my lats to control the bar path.
