after two weeks back into work out mode i decided to deadlift.


Now my lower back is in sharp pain :mjcry:

Front squatted 135 for 7 reps today. Up 4 from last week's 3. I could tell from the first rep it felt easier. I was actually feeling sluggish when I got to the gym so I didn't even want to attempt it but after I did it I was happy as fukk:gladbron:. I got a burst of energy just from the excitement:pachaha:

My goal is to do my body weight (170) soon so what's the best way to get there? Should I start a 5x5 or just take my time?
