CT Fletcher's son needs to check himself though. He's gonna wreck his back if he keeps re-enforcing that rounding when he pulls. You can get away with it for a while but once you get to those 4 plates and up it tends to catch you if you're not on point.
Did 2 reps and the nikka asked me how to record. Was pissed and did this immediately after. Could have possibly done 7. He was too busy looking at the chick in the back with the grey leggings.

Officially tested out some maxes and now joined the 1K Club
285 bench
405 deadlift
350 squat
I'll probably be maintaining from here instead of trying to increase all of these totals, but good to know I can join the club now. I'm 175-180 pounds (shyt fluctuates, I have terrible metabolism) so I feel good about these numbers.
