After a year of not working out, getting fat and having a non exitent endurance I went back today.
Strenght training was aiight i was doing chest then the killer came. Incline walking 15% incline 6 speed 30 min. Like a dumbass i forgot that I had to fight to get threw it when i had my endurance...
First 3 minutes felt like my body was shutting down, man didnt know what was happening to me. Changed the speed to 4 and was able to keep at it for 30 min.
Here i am 10+ hours later dying of chest pain and its only my first day. These 2 weeks are going to be the hardest after that back to beast mode
