This was a fun watch. Chris Jones intensity is great


CT Fletcher's son needs to check himself though. He's gonna wreck his back if he keeps re-enforcing that rounding when he pulls. You can get away with it for a while but once you get to those 4 plates and up it tends to catch you if you're not on point.

Idk about y'all but this workout style doesnt look fun to me. Who knows my opinion could change

After a year of not working out, getting fat and having a non exitent endurance I went back today.

Strenght training was aiight i was doing chest then the killer came. Incline walking 15% incline 6 speed 30 min. Like a dumbass i forgot that I had to fight to get threw it when i had my endurance...

First 3 minutes felt like my body was shutting down, man didnt know what was happening to me. Changed the speed to 4 and was able to keep at it for 30 min.

Here i am 10+ hours later dying of chest pain and its only my first day. These 2 weeks are going to be the hardest after that back to beast mode

Officially tested out some maxes and now joined the 1K Club

285 bench
405 deadlift
350 squat

I'll probably be maintaining from here instead of trying to increase all of these totals, but good to know I can join the club now. I'm 175-180 pounds (shyt fluctuates, I have terrible metabolism) so I feel good about these numbers.
