How do u do it? I mean I wanna go on days that I gave to work but I'm always to tired
There really isn't an alternative. That how I got started back in 2011 when I started trying to get in shape. Started running and the rush from that was a good start to the day and it just built from there.

I don't see how people lift after work. I would miss sessions consistently that way.

I'm finally squatting heavy without a belt again...don't know why the fukk I even used one going past 315...I threw that shyt away. :gucci:

Turn 26 tomorrow...I just want to be still in the gym at 36 and 46...fukk it forever....:mjcry:
