Still a bit sore in the thighs but getting better. Took the day off but did do more than enough walking at work so it's not like I rested my legs fully. I could feel it when I had to bend down to pick something up. Couldn't squat too much. Gonna see how I feel tomorrow and if I'm good I'll do a back day, if not I'll just take it easy and do arms.
I think I'm gonna switch up the routine tho. I'm gonna do legs on Mondays or whichever day I lead the workout week with instead of chest and shoulders. I usually have a day or two off early in the week so I can rest my legs more. Walking at work adds more strain on my legs already so no point in working out my legs and not getting much rest on them compared to other body parts. Then I'll do chest and shoulders during my second workout since that ones a bit easier and doesn't take much work. Then I'll save the best for the last workout of the week and do back. Gonna need my legs rested by then for deadlifts. Can't do squats then deadlifts and kill my legs. Thinking of making that the schedule for now with Monday Wednesday Friday then if I go on a random Tuesday or weekend day just keep it on abs and cardio those days.
