i don't know if you enjoy cooking, but i did this for part of 2016 and it was fun trying out all these new recipes - tho some weren't healthy at all such as my black bean butternut squash enchiladas :eat:

but weren't you a vegetarian back in the SOHH days? what made you decide to eat meat (i'm assuming working out?) how was that transition? were you sick early on from eating it, did you feel bad for going back to/starting to eat meat? you eat all meat or just seafood/poultry?
The next few months are slow for me schedule wise so I've got the time to cook more. I need to get on that.

I was but I was eating a lot of "crap" in general and wasn't remotely working out. When I started lifting I realized I wouldn't have the time make by meals diverse enough to get enough protein and lift.

I started back slow, grillled chicken, white fish, etc. I didn't have any issues, at the time it felt like something I had to do. I'm also anemic so that played a role.

I eat everything at this point unless I just don't like it.

i have an iron deficiency, tho i don't think i'm considered anemic. i currently take supplements and try to get high iron foods, people keep telling me to eat red meat, but i really don't like red meat outside of my monthly burger craving or some bacon. :francis:

My gym must be having some plumbing issues cause the entire place smells like booboo. I thought it was me for a minute. Had to go check my draws to make sure I didn't unknowingly shart myself

I gotta find a better warm up for squats, twice in a row the first set just felt :hhh:, workout went well aside from that. Guess I gotta just keep up my calorie intake up (non dirty):sadcam:

I'm low enough to take monthly B12 shots I have to self inject :mjcry:

I eat a lot of brisket but when I was still mainly chicken and fish I took Mega Foods Blood Builder. It seems to help my iron level.

Bodyweight conditioning this morning. Pushups for 30 minutes and squats for 30 minutes. Got 225 pushups and 365 squats. I was dripping in sweat :wow: brutal shyt

You averaged 7.5 pushups per minute and 12 squats per minute?

That don't sound right man....that aint brutal at all. Did you mean 30 minutes total, rather than each?

I did sets of 25 for pushups and sets of 50 for squats. I tally them off after each set is done. My body is definitely not used to this shyt yet :bryan:
