Went back to the gym today after two weeks off ready to put in work and these mutherfukkers are doing some kind of refurbishment so the entire weight room is off limits. Only cardio machines are available :gucci:

Ask them how long it'll take and the say about two weeks :francis:

So now I'm I pretty much have to do some callisthenics and cardio while I wait. I was so heated when I left

Drinking coffee and orange juice a couple hours before your workout is a much better natural alternative then all those preworkout chemicals that people drink.

I don't trust most of these supplements with all those chemicals. I'm trying to eat as natural as I can.

Ate a king size reeses cup :sadcam:cuz I had a sweetooth after eating my lean ground beef and rice lunch with peas :wow:

Now I cant have any carbs for the rest of the day:mjcry:

Went in on legs yesterday.

Day 2:
Cardio
Whooped my ass. I'm currently panting my ass off in the aerobic room resting. Did jump rope, combat rope and the elliptical. I'm def light headed

It seems as though I can't drink enough water on this shyt :dead:.

Fried the fukk out of my legs....I'm taking a 2-3 day break.:francis:

Just bought an ab wheel on my way home...I can do a slow 5 reps for 3 sets.:mjcry:


I notice the inclusion of direct ab workout has me sucking in my stomach involuntary and I see my upper abs right below my chest coming...at time I have an 8 pack. :dame:

i am overdue for a week off from the gym...today will be the last workout until july 10th...time to let the body get some much needed extra recovery time and come up with a new workout plan because when i get back in the gym..it will time to get the body ready for Jamaica in the fall

also ive been cutting down the supplements i take gradually...i dont know if this is a byproduct of that but ive been increasingly sore as the weeks gone by :patrice:

Dont sleep on calisthetics.... leg wise yea you are pretty much fukked outside of single leg squats.... but I challenge you to do 10x10 chin/dip supersets in 30 minutes. shyt will have you :damn:

Yeah especially if you strip away the momentum/jerking. That's really key for success in calisthenics. I remember dips used to jus be mehhh then I realized I was throwing myself through the movement. Now shyt is no joke
