High Intensity Interval Training

Basically exploding with as much energy as possible for a short period doing a form cardio, then follow it with short periods of rest and repeat.

Oh I have heard of that :scust: sometimes, depending on whose instructing PT, they try to implement that work out on my military side. I'm not with the shyts.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
After seeing some relatives dealing with back problems later in life, there's no way I'm doing heavy deadlifts/squats anymore, no matter how great your form is there's going to be pressure on the spine and actually seeing someone dealing with spinal stenosis it's just not worth it :hubie:

I quit deadlifts permanently after my last muscle strain. Not worth it.

I have tried to quit squats but its the only leg exercise I enjoy so I keep going back like a crackhead:sadcam:

I wish single leg work was more fun because thats the wave
