It sounds crazy.... and I think I said it before.... but the gym is kind of my religion brehs. The shyt brings me peace. The annual cut is like a vision quest. Its damn near not even about the gains anymore (let me stop lying)

Gotta get back on my grind. I been slacking lately both on going to the gym and my credit card spending but that's a different post altogether. Last time I went was the 13th. Been maintaining due to diet, atleast most of the time, but I'm sure I could've cut more if I were more active. Bout to head out there and see what I get into. Thinking either chest or back. Need to stay active even tho I'm on vacation can't let myself just hang around the house all day.

After three days of running in 100 degree weather and using every other day as my rest day for my excuse I decided to stay with the gym.

do you do monthly? or pay a year or two in advance...

Paying for 2 years in advance may have been the smartest thing I ever did financially. Now I don't look at $30-50 randomly coming out of my account once a month. Plus it only came out to being 17/month as opposed to paying $30+ a month.

Been unemployed since 6/2 after moving again. Been really getting at it in the gym, going 6 or 7 days a week and not feeling rushed. Got a job offer coming next week though so the gravy train is about to end

WHat don't you just be a Personal Trainer or something....

I say both have the same affect at some point.....

Only I time I feel low in regards to sex, is if I'm not attracted to the woman I just smashed....
As far as working out, once you reach your goals, you'll feel low as well, because there's no where to go but down....
I've reach my goals several times in the gym. And I went through minor depressions or periods where I didnt give a fukk about working out.
I'm actually coming back from one right now But I get in shape so easily now, it should be a crime.....Only my 2nd workout back from taking a month off and I look like a tank already

Cause it's so many free hours in a day and at least 2 of them are dedicated to my 1st lady Sweet Barbara Barbell and women just don't understand that they'll always be second

Put the emphasis on "dead"lifts brehs. Two sets in at 195 and still got one more. Need to save some energy for the rest of the workout. Has been a while since I've done deads.

Man I was excited to hit my legs, I finally have energy today, and as I'm deloading some weight that was left on the hack squat machine a dude comes over and ask me how many more I got left. I told him I haven't started yet. He ask if he can work in I said sure, cause I didn't want to tell him that I do heavy weight and take a long time. So I did 5 little reps and moved on. This why I hate workout partners and people asking to work in. I don't want to tell them no cause a muafukka might be waiting for 15 mins and I don't have it in my heart to slow up or disrupt someone's workout flow.

Had somewhat of a just now. I'm on some machine, actually it's not a machine with weights. Whatever that thing is called where you're slanted forward and can work your core. I usually grab a 25 plate and do 3 sets of lunges on each side for the sides or whatever that fat is called. Love handles, that's it. Anyways I'm going thru my sets and I notice two brehs using the seated crunch machine. Tell me how one is filming the other. looks like he was going 80lbs but still. Who records themselves on the ab cruncher? I would understand the bench press, squat, or deadlift, or an ig fitness model for their followers but a guy?

I do monthly which is fine. I don't mind $27 every month but since you mentioned it I might pay the whole year off just to see the difference.

The fukk up moment of the day is letting the pretty girl walk into the strength training class.

I'm already at the end of my workout and my phone is at 8%. I'm not trying to bs for an hour on a risk. I wonder how long this class takes. Fifteen minutes maybe?

Looking at myself like . Hopefully she tires out before it's over or her friend doesn't hate.
