anyone got any suggestions on knee braces/sleeves? figure its time for me to be proactive in my prevention plus im starting a new routine next week..cant be getting injured now

Dont waste your time with most of them. Most are garbage and don't provide any real compression or support. Don't trust Amazon reviews either because people are apparently dumb as fukk based on all the stuff I have had to return

Only buy 7mm Neoprene sleeves for knees, or 5mm Neoprene for elbows. Brand shouldn't matter that much as long as it fits those specs

My gym has a prowler and I'm curious about trying that out, gotta find out a beginner routine though.
