I can actually feel my right knee starting to feel better....i think running on the roads like i do in the morning then following up with a treadmill run in the evening is too much for my legs...so strictly sticking to morning runs for the time being

now mind you, I've never even seen or spoken to her before in my life she apparently works in the childcare area she jumped in my DMs today

like "heyyyyy I see you all the time at my gym. Wanted to say hi a few times but never worked up the courage"

Professional bodybuilder Rich Piana is fighting for life after falling ill at his Florida home, it is being reported.

The website TMZ says that the 46-year-old is in an induced coma after suffering "a medical emergency".

Just saw this...while I was watching a video about that, found out CT Fletcher needs a heart replacement!?

I just found out this week too, I been off the YouTube fitness community for a while now, but hope he recovers.
