I've been sleeping heavy on the Barbell Overhead Press
Can't quite get to standing yet. My lower back tweaks a tad from time to time so I'll be doing seated for the time being.
I do 8 mins of cardio and consider that an accomplishment.

Man I be getting bored and tiredjust curious why and what kind of cardio are you doing that only last's for 8 minutes...You could be doing a deadly HIGH impact workout in 8 minutes with the right intensity.
i feel you on the boredom, that's why i get my cardio in a lot of ways, sometimes it's me and a machine (the WOAT...i was fully engrossed in an episode of atlanta and still felt that impatience of walking on the treadmill), classes (spine, kickboxing, insanity), other times it's walking/hiking outdoors...3 hours of machine based cardio sounds like torture.Man I be getting bored and tired
But ill do treadmill on a 15 incline at various speeds jogging to running to walking for about 8.
i'm craving something, but don't know what. not sure if i want chocolate or something like fruit snacks...or chips. then again, i could just be hungry from the calorie cut + two a day workouts.

My cut has been trash. 2 weeks, on target with calories, slowly increasing cardio, Error 404: deficit not found. No different than last year except that I started 5lb lighter, it's bullshyt. Only real difference is last year I was up to like 4-5 hours of cardio a week; right now I can only do like 2. So I guess that's where I have to turn the dialThis cut has been going pretty well for me without having to do excessive cardio.
I've been well within my deficit just by limiting calorie dense foods like nuts and nut butters (pause).
