Just ordered me some wrist wraps, feel like those might be helpful. Im steady been interested in/goin more into the powerlifting direction so those might do a good job for heavy bench, shoulders etc.

Anybody serious about fitness should have an Iron Gym pull up bar and perfect pushup at their house

Need to do abs first on days i do strictly calisthenics. I be burnt out and half assing it by the time i get to abs

Found another group that plays soccer on Tue. Now I'm at 4 times a week. When my league in July starts I'll be playing 5 times a week.

I should be able to hit my goals for the summer with all this cardio. Just gotta keep the diet in check and throw in some weights. Nothing worse than being "skinny fat".

Using summer to really cut down and "turn the corner" on my plateau.

Good thing I got this London trip to work up to :whew:.

Is better than any cardio imaginable at burning calories.

Down 8lbs in two days.

I would rather do cardio. This sucks

Man my goal for the future is just consistency. fukk the gains, fukk trying to keep up with other people, and fukk being out of commission just to satisfy my ego. In retrospect I always repeat the same pattern of going from walking to sprinting with every endeavor and get burned out, bored, or injured so im going to just focus on building the base up
