I set the gym PR for dead-lift and gunning for the squat record here...nikkas really be going hard and getting agressional when I hit the rack. Breh do your 4 plates or whatever I'm sticking to my program. If you any type of swole, and you do any type of "light" weight you get funny look or some nikka trying to one-up you. :gucci:

And I only use a belt when I go 90%+ of my 1RM for deadlift. Squats I use to wear it for 70%, but I have stopped using it and only use it if i go over 4 plates to help cue ab tightness.

I use to not fukk with direct ab work b/c I thought heavy compounds were enough...they have helped with me not having any back pain. I do it at the end of my deadlift session with some reverse hypertensions. Literally have done 2 or 3 DL sessions a week and feel great. :myman:

If I feel like squatting back to back days or benching...fukk it I'll do it. :ehh:

Got to the gym kind of late today so had to rush through my workouts a bit before the gym closed

On a side note, i feel like my form doing squats sucks. I feel like I’m kinda of leaning forward which explains the lower back pain. Just ordered the Manta Ray off Amazon. Hopefully that helps with my form so that way i don’t have to worry about the bar too much

It fukked my workouts up, The drinking. Because Sometimes I drink on Friday's and Saturday Night's, and Usually workout on Saturdays and Sundays and when I drink, I fukkin Drink. I be at Brewery, Bar's, Pizza Parlors 10 pitchers with the homies ain't shyt, A fifth of Henny to the head ain't shyt, 12 pack of Heinkeins to the head ain't shyt but I pay after, I get Crazy hangovers that last 2 days.

So I lose my workout out days, I lose gainz, laying in bed not eating throwing up, I lose gainz, so yeah I can say Lost of Gainz for drinking
man wtf.....

I'd be doa, if I did this man.

Be careful big dawg. I feel you on living life to the fullest but that shyt can all come crashing down at any moment. I be seeing these cacs wilding out in perfect shape, but drop like flies when they're in there mid 20's -40's(way too early).

Was able to get through it yesterday after a four day layoff. The real test is going to be when I go back in on thursday.:hamster:

Starting IF too, going to see how this works for a month, finding the right window and getting cals in is going to be interesting. :francis:
