Well soccer is on turf so the landing is much, much softer on the knees. Asphalt and concrete have knees crying.

Soccer games usually are about 90 mins. 40 mins usually at an intense level and the 50 mins at a medium intense level.

I didnt know that you guys play the standard times..

I go to some games at the Park and they not going 90 minutes

We play 9v9 on a field 8/10 the size of a regular field. Full 90 mins. Sometimes even 2 hours. For some guys this is their only time to play soccer in the week.

My midweek games are usually 6v6 or 7v7, usually 60% the size of a full field and for about 60-70 mins. The smaller field is actually a better work out for HIIT due to the quick sprints, but the full field (at least 80% of it) is good for general cardio.

saw that bullshyt yesterday. Gym was practically empty but damn that bullshyt was unnecessary. They got to be one of those show offey couples cause the dude routinely works out in leggings with no shorts over them ​

They weren't in the area I was in, on the whole other side of the gym, but since it was empty I could see them.
