. shyt has gotten deep quick fast. Oh and that’s on top of the regular 5-6 classes / week I normally take. FML.Don’t worry bout “breaking the fast”. IF is about calorie restriction. The other stuff is over hyped and and generally not worth stressing over.Wait does this pre workout have calories??? Im doing IF (day 2) and i completely forgot i should of opted for black coffee
