This how I know I could never do a cut. Last night for dinner I had a very small chicken breast a scoop or 2 of rice and a scoop or 2 of broccoli cause I didn't want to eat that much because it was so close to me needing to go to sleep.

Man my ass was dreaming about food. I was in Vegas trying to eat a plate of chicken drumsticks and some sauce :russ:

Philly. Fucc a Eagle. I mean dat.
Whole foods is a damn rip off for me. I eat off reading terminal, aldis, produce junction, and shoprite/save a lot when they have deals. Some muslim brothers opened up a fruit stand not too far from me so im about to see whats up with them too
Yesirrrrrrr! Aldis and Save-a-lot are saving graces for the boy :wow:

I knew you were from Philly before even clicking your profile too by you listing ShopRite/save-a-lot :lolbron: :gotyou:

Maaaaaaan I really need to get/find a meal prep planner or app or something. My biggest issue right now and not finding time to put away a morning meal.

Last year, I was eating at 7, after the gym around 12/1, and then again when I got home.

Nowadays I may get in one full meal

Got in a breakfast smoothie with 1.5 cups of oatmeal at 0600 with 1100 calories and I should be good until 1100. :wow: My big ass has been going until lunch before eating...:mjcry:

I am doing physical therapy for my hip and then I do upper body exercises. It's pretty lame. I start with 10 minutes on the exercise bicycle and do some low-resistance stuff and stretching.
Slowly losing weight, that's the good thing. I fast on two days of the week and try to watch my eating in between the days I fast.

I've been there once. Compared to regular grocery stores, they just tack on an extra 20% to your entire bill just for the ambiance of shopping at Whole Foods. Like getting robbed, but without a gun and dude telling you to run your pockets.

So, I made an impulse buy because I kept seeing images from LeBron attending Bronny's games this summer... :lupegarvey:

...and, brehs, it might be one of the best purchases I've ever made. :snoop:

I'm only 31, but my back can get a little stiff every so often so I figured, "Why not?" It came yesterday, so I rocked it in the car on the way to the gym and :ahh: :mjcry: :wow:

I might start investing in more things to stretch, comfort my back, and keep loose at home outside of the foam roller and conventional stretching...and I'll definitely be making this lumbar roll a staple whenever I'm going to the movies. :whew:
