Ronnie fukked up by not listening to doctors, not necessarily by lifting heavy. nikka had surgery and was back moving hundreds of lbs in like 3 weeks. Popping screws in his spine and shytronnie fukked his whole shyt up..thats why i think me taking 2018 off from lifting weights was a damn good idea..and def influence how ill approach lifting going forward in 2019 and beyond

I do think it's prob a good idea to take a more conservative approach to training though. I don't squat anymore
