any tips on faster leg day recovery??? i'm going on day 5 of straight up soreness and am really re-evaluating become one of those skipping leg day muthafukkas...

For me it makes me drowsy even when I eat a low amount.I dont understand the white rice hate
White rice with broccoli will fill you the hell up and its basically 400 to 500 calories at best...
You can go all protein/fat from there and be good money..
lucky you, i got two gyms next to me but to 24 hours which is annoying cause i be up at all hoursA new 24hr gym is being opened 10mins from where i live next month. Now I can wake up early and use the gym before work instead of working out in the evening when it’s more crowded.![]()
