Don't know much about resistance bands but I think they were under ten bucks so I said fukk it, let me check them out for at the house like when I wake up in the mornings. :ehh:

To just kick start myself I started to shadow box with and without my 16 oz gloves doing 2 minute rounds and like 10 and I do burnout push ups and crunches and it’s working slowly but most of all it’s sustainable

Six days push/pull/legs is paying off. Made hella gains. :lift:

I'll do this split for one more week, then deload, then go back to my old split for a minute.

Fellas if you're in the Sauna consistently like me, do NOT bring your expensive ass headphones inside. Killed my pair of wireless beats. Even says on the website to not bring em in the sauna. :sadcam:
Takin the headphones off gives you an opportunity to chop it up....sauna is lowkey a good way to break the ice :youngsabo:

I think there’s just general wear and tear. I’ve been playing soccer for the past 3 years. Usually 2-3 times a week, injuries are bound to happen.

You gonna have to invest in treatment the way a soccer athlete would..:yeshrug:

Playing at that volume is no good if your body not gonna fully recuperate

I'm taking off all of February and March. Might even take of April as well. Gonna just focusing on biking and light weights.
