I was taught that it's from 8-12 reps. That's the range that I'm rocking with on every exercise besides flat bench for the next two months. On the flat bench I'm still going heavy just for ego purposesIf you hit 7 reps at 225 and that's the max you can lift, does that become hypertrophy training at that point?![]()
