Did upper, dropped the cardio between sets and just did some interval sprints at the end. Thanks @The ADD for suggesting I move my db bench press, between me having to go up in weight since the set of db’s I needed were missing and just the workout in general, I would’ve died trying to bench in my third set. Flyes were trash tho, had to drop to 10lbs :mjlol:



Gonna try for at least 3500-4k calories starting next week..:sadcam:

Same, had two apps (picked their lowest cal ones lol), a drink, and slice of cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory and that all came to 2100....that was my food for the day tho :pachaha:
Truth be told I dream of the day I could eat 3500 calories without feeling guilty. They just opened a Golden Corral in Concord and I'm avoiding that bytch like the plague because I know if I go in it's a wrap
