I can't do any shoulder excercises because my right shoulder nagging but I can bench which is weird.No just bench
If it was easy everyone would be in great shape.

Today was rest day but tmw 1000lbs is the goal 3 exercises deadlift bench and squat gotta equal 1000lbs that's my goalmy body is very thankful for rest day
