When you hit the gym and are so fatigued you can't lift shyt and feel like sleeping on the bench its time to just go home and eat eat and sleep sleep.
That was me yesterday I was fukking beat !!!


This was not a good weekend .

I gained 1 1/2 lbs too :smh:.

Gotta get it together !!!

When you get 3 assists and bring the squad back from down 2-0 :ufdup:

I hate having to play more of the creative role but it's probably going to be necessary with this team and league.

Still kinda figuring out how to put these leg gains to best use. Havent gotten used to playing w/ the added weight and how my athleticism has changed for soccer at least. Basketball I'm a lot closer.

Working out gives you ability get through your day and maintain a high energy level. However, there is a big drop-off come bedtime. I am out for the count when I hit the sack....almost instantly.

This is the best though. Get the workout “high” to power through the day then hit the sack like a child and sleep all through the night. Nothing better than sleeping when you’re physically and mentally tired. Quality of sleep shoots through the roof.

You have to ask yourself what the overall goal is. Personally if you enjoy the boxing and you aren't trying to building muscle. Your split is fine or you switch to a full body routine.

I'm definitely trying to build more muscle...but also a little lean down for the summer. i was bulking much of the winter and spring.

Man I tried that top one in the gym this morning. Grabbed a 35 lb KB like :obama: Needless to say, I was not ready. :damn: It doesn't seem like it should be that hard but I quickly went a grabbeda 25 and was :obama: once again. Gonna try to add those to my daily routine
Yeah man it's an easy add to hit the upper back, traps and shoulders. That extra range of motion at the end is :merchant:

Just got back, feeling pretty good.

2 New Max Lifts.

275 Bench (6/17/19)
315 Squat (6/18/19)

Pretty sure I can get closer to 300 on the Squat right now, but my knee was feeling funny tonight.

To go along with a 405 Deadlift, That brings my Big 3 up to 985. (6/18/19)

I think Ill be back in the 1000 club by this time next month, if not earlier.

Gonna try for 295+ on the Squat Tues Night if I have the time.

Stopped at 315.


Friday Morning Im going for 425+ on the Deadlifts.
