Nah bruh. Right now just focusing on strength and endurance. I'll bulk up in the winter but right now I'm trying "semi" plant based.

People say it's impossible to bulk and cut at the same time but I was told I lost weight and got bulky. Most likely water weight tho.

The highest I got for bench reps is 275. At my weight I don't think I'll be able to get much higher than that without bulking.

did two full body workouts on b2b days:

Mon was Cardio

Tues was:

Heavy DLs and Push Ups, then a Superset of DL's and OHP

Then I hit back and Tri's and some light shoulder work.

Finished off Chest Flys.


This Morning:

Heavy Front Squats and Push Ups.

Leg Press and heavy Shrugs.

Lat Pulldowns and Incline Bench.

Incline Bench Burnout.


Put up 205 on the Incline before my shoulder started acting up and 185 on the front Squat before having the same issue.

Feeling about the last 3 days, plus keto.

Still haven't stepped on the scale. But Im def getting some definition and losing inches.

Creeping up on 200lbs :francis: Last cut was prob last May and I've made big strength gains since then... stayed on my cardio grind... waist is just barely under control. But my diet is trash. Time to set up a legit maintenance diet like I'm cutting :francis: If I can maintain at 195 until I'm ready to pull the pin on the next cut I'll be happy. Maintaining is damn near harder than cutting

Really? Why is maintaining harder than cutting? I'd think it'd be easier.

Side note: Great workout today. Did 25 mins on the treadmill then did back. Chest tomorrow then back Friday. Two long bike rides Saturday and Sunday (30 miles and then 20 miles). Slowly but surely.

I just need to get nice and tight for this my trip to Nigeria in December. I can't go back to my old classmates looking :flabbynsick:. I wouldn't hear the end of it.

Right now I want to ensure I'm active at a bare minimum, 4 times a week. Once I get this basket for my bike, I should be biking to the train before work at least 3 times a week. I'll always do at least 1 long ride over the weekend.

Cutting back on the alcohol too. Cutting the hard stuff and beer. I'll do red wine though :yeshrug:

Probably like 4-5 times. Never seems excessive though.

I usually do 1/4 a gallon from when I wake up to when I get into the office. 1/2 a gallon throughout the work day, then 1/4 after work until I sleep. I actually find it harder for me to get a gallon in on the weekends.

my shoulder acting up during the shoulder press , feels kind of tight but after the last set it gets a little better :yeshrug: first set is always the worse even with warmup/stretching:mjcry:

It’s only when I skipped lunch so I notice that I need to pee a lot. Other than that, 5 times for the entire day

Missed mad days at the gym .

Today was cardio and sauna day and I was so tired .

Haven’t been eating super awful so that’s kind ok .

Start lifting again tomorrow I gotta do better :francis:.


Last week I did get up 90lbs on standing shoulder press with ease .

I’m not ready for 100lbs maybe like 2 or 3 more weeks .

Great weather this coming weekend. High 80's with low humidity. Gonna get two long bike rides in.

Probably 30 miles on Saturday. Biking to this one brunch spot to meet with my boy before he heads off to med school, then to my bike store to install a rack to carry items and then back home.

Sunday I'll do about 22 miles. Biking to a different brunch spot to meet up with a friend and then back home.

Contemplating on whether or not I want to re-add deadlifts into my back routine, I took them out due to some injury. Right now I'm solely focused on cutting weight while trying to preserve my muscle mass and "frame".
