Creeping up on 200lbs

Last cut was prob last May and I've made big strength gains since then... stayed on my cardio grind... waist is just barely under control. But my diet is trash. Time to set up a legit maintenance diet like I'm cutting

If I can maintain at 195 until I'm ready to pull the pin on the next cut I'll be happy. Maintaining is damn near harder than cutting
Really? Why is maintaining harder than cutting? I'd think it'd be easier.
Side note: Great workout today. Did 25 mins on the treadmill then did back. Chest tomorrow then back Friday. Two long bike rides Saturday and Sunday (30 miles and then 20 miles). Slowly but surely.
I just need to get nice and tight for this my trip to Nigeria in December. I can't go back to my old classmates looking

Right now I want to ensure I'm active at a bare minimum, 4 times a week. Once I get this basket for my bike, I should be biking to the train before work at least 3 times a week. I'll always do at least 1 long ride over the weekend.
Cutting back on the alcohol too. Cutting the hard stuff and beer. I'll do red wine though
