You can set 531 up so you do 5x10r with 70% of your training max after the main work sets if you wanted to. I haven't read up on GVT in a while, but I think those are sets of 10.
531 is a program u gotta do long term to really get a lot out of it. I only mention this because I have the worst training a.d.d. in the world and used to switch programs every other day

Gonna stick with 531 for a minute barring injuries.
