What y’all use to track your workouts? App? Pen and paper? “Notes app” on your phone?

And we was talking gloves a few pages back, bought these and just used them for the first time and I’m already  not as hot and cumbersome as full gloves, doesn’t interfere with grip/nice natural feel on the bar, but great barrier to protect against calluses

i track everything in notebooks these days, especially because we follow certain cycle patterns and retest workouts.

i only use grips and rig (pull ups and TTB) and ring work, i use these basic rogue grips

for barbell work i need actual skin contact with the knurling to feel comfortable, especially for high rep cycling and heavier weights, so no grips/gloves in those workouts. i do tape certain fingers, especially my thumbs if i'm gonna be doing a lot of hook grip.

I use this Jefit app I pay for it thought I used to just use a 12 month calendar but I follow the same programming now and only thing I add is more reps or weight depending on the day.

I use an app (strong), can't go back to pen and pad either. Just way easier having your rest time/reps/routine all integrated into one spot. :ahh:
i just downloaded that, what's in the paid features? i just wanna keep track of reps and weight basically. the free version should be good for this right?

I have the paid, you basically get unlimited saved routine(s), calculates the weights you need for the bar, and I think some other stuff.

The free version is straight, biggest drawback is limited number of custom routines you can make.
